So for you to be eligible for University of Ibadan, UI Post UTME fiscal year 2021, you must have obtained a JAMB score greater than or equal to 180. Note that this is the JAMB / UTME cut mark, not the departmental cut mark (admission).

Typically, the 2021/2022 jamb cutoff scores for universities, polytechnics, and colleges are as follows:

  • Public universities – at least and above 180.
  • Private universities – at least 160 and above.
  • Public polytechnics – at least 140 and above
  • Private polytechnics – 120
  • Colleges of education – 100 and above.

How much does the UI Post UTME form cost?

The federal government has made it mandatory that all institutions must not collect more than 2,000 from the student’s Post UTME form, so this also applies to the University of Ibadan.
So, University of Ibadan, UI Post UTME application form is two thousand naira (N2,000) only. It is important to note that these fees are non-refundable and must be paid only through the official university payment portal.

Eligibility for the UI Post UTME application.

Only applicants who have obtained a minimum of 180 at UTME 2020/2021 conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and direct entry applicants (DE) who have made the University of Ibadan, UI their institution first choice are eligible to apply and participate. at the University of Ibadan, UI POST UTME 2021 selection exercise.   1. Admission to UI in full-time undergraduate programs is achieved ONLY through the Unified Tertiary Registration Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE).
  2. The candidate must have five (5) credits in O / Level Result (WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB) or its equivalent as required by the school.
  3. Candidates must score at least 180m on the UTME 2020 exam (JAMB).
  4. The candidate must pass the POST-UTME selection and must obtain the minimum score required. However, for the 2018 admission processes, Must participate in the UI POST UTME exercise and must submit all required credentials for assessment, as required by the school.
  5. The candidate must have reached the age of sixteen (16) years by October 31 of the year of admission.
  6. Applicants must have chosen the user interface as their first choice when registering for JAMB.

2021/22 University of Ibadan Direct Entry Eligibility.

  1. Applicants must choose the University of Ibadan as their first choice
  2. Credit greater than OND / HND if applicable. However, statistics, agriculture, performing arts and history, and international studies may consider lower credits. Only IT accepts HND for admission to the 200 level.
  3. Merit in two (2) relevant NCE subjects (if applicable);
  4. A minimum of 6 points in the two relevant subjects at IJMB, NABTEB, GCE, Cambridge or equivalent;
  5. 13 points to A / L in IJMB, NABTEB, GCE or Cambridge equivalent in physics, chemistry and biology for MB; BS; or
  6. Second Class Honors Diploma (Upper Division) in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology, Zoology or any other relevant life science course

How to apply to University of Ibadan UI Post UTME 2021/2022.

To apply to the University of Ibadan, UI POST UTME 2021/2022 selection exercise session, then:

  1. Visit the University’s website via (www.ui.edu.ng).
  2. Complete and submit the online post-UTME UI request form.
  3. Print a copy and attach it to your screening.

Now you can see how competitive it is to be admitted to a higher education institution. But to help you easily access, I will advise you to:

  1. Only apply for less competitive but valuable courses.
  2. Only apply to less competitive higher education institutions (not too many applicants).
  3. Do not apply for a professional course, but if you need to apply for a professional course, then you should go for a less competitive higher education institution that offers this professional course or make sure you get a very high score on your JAMB exam. .
  4. Do not apply to any of the ten (10) most competitive prime institutions above, but if you have to apply to any of these ten (10) most competitive prime institutions then you must go for a price very lower competitive course eg education and agriculture course or read and get a very high score on your JAMB exam.
  5. Do not apply to any of the top 14 courses with the highest applicants above, but if you need to apply for any of these courses then you should opt for a much less competitive higher education institution where that course is offered. or you must read and get a very high score on your JAMB exam.

The Federal Polytechnic Bida has enrolled 3,500 new students for the 2020/2021 academic session, as the Rector, Abubakar Abdul-Dzukogi, entrusted the new students with academic excellence.

The students enrolled were respectively made up of 2,400 and 1,100 students of the national diploma and the higher national diploma.

The rector said that the school leadership is doing everything possible to make the learning and teaching environment conducive to both students and staff, adding that good academic performance is a combined contribution of diligent students and a conducive learning atmosphere.

Dzukogi reiterated the institution’s zero tolerance for indecent dress, exam malpractice and other social vices, and therefore warned students against actions detrimental to the institution’s overall development.
