The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) School of Midwifery, Gwagwalada, has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2021/2022 academic session. See the requirements and how to apply for the FCT School of Midwifery admission form below.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School Midwifery, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Gwagwalada, Abuja, Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2021/2022 academic session.


FCT School of Midwifery Basic Midwifery Programme Admission Requirements

  •  WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with five credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings. Awaiting result is not eligible, NABTEB can only be combined with another NABTEB result.
  •  Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchase of the form.

How to Apply for FCT School of Midwifery Gwagwalada Basic Midwifery Admission Form

 Application Period: 1st July, 2021 – 12th July, 2021.

Application Form: N5,200.00 Naira only.


  1.  Pay
    1. a Non-refundable fee of five thousand Naira (N5,000,00) only through the Remita platform (see instructions below) and
    2. Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) only to FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee Account No 2034009628 First Bank PLC.
  2. Submit the two (2) stamped evidence of payment for receipt and collect application forms at FCT School of Midwifery/Nursing Gwagwalada
  3. Completed forms are to be returned to the Principals, FCT School of Midwifery Gwagwalada
  4. The completed form must be submitted within one week of purchase for Data Capturing.
  5. Submission of completed forms for Data capturing ends on 19th July, 2021.

FCT School of Midwifery REMITA payment procedure

 Entrance examination hold from 26th to 30 July, 2021. The candidate’s individual exam detail will be sent via SMS to the contacts phone number provided in the form.

For further enquiry on examination date check http//fb.me/fctsom from 21st July, 2021. The Examination will be Computer Based Test covering English, mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Current Affair.

N.B Applicant must have a functional phone number. Pregnant candidates and candidates below the age of 17 (seventeen) years are advised not to obtain the forms.

KolaDaisi University Pre-Degree / Remedial Admission

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the pre-degree programme in Arts, Management Science, Social Science and Applied Science for the 2021/2022 Academic Session.


About KolaDaisi University Pre-Degree / Remedial Programme

The programme is designed for School Certificate holders who have obtained five O’ Level Credits including Mathematics and English Language. Candidates who have deficiencies in not more than two of these subjects may also apply but will be required to sit for and pass the same at the next available opportunity. Such candidates are guaranteed admission into the University in the 2021/2022 Academic Session if they pass the UTME with at least the minimum National cut-off score and pass as well, the Remedial Examination of the University.

DURATION: The duration of the programme shall normally be six months of intensive full-time study, with all the candidates resident on the campus.


KolaDaisi University Remedial / Pre-Degree Admission Requirements

ARTS

Applicants must have passed five subjects at Credit Level at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC/NECO or NABTEB which should include the major subjects of study. Credit grades in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for eventual admission into any programme at the University (A Pass grade in Mathematics might be considered).

MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

Applicants must have passed five subjects at Credit Level at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC/NECO or NABTEB which should include the major subjects of study. Credit grades in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for eventual admission into any programme at the University.

SCIENCES

Applicants must have passed the following subjects at Credit Level: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC/NECO or NABTEB.

General Requirements

i. The programme is open to candidates who have obtained Credits in the five relevant subjects or have deficiencies in not more than two of the five required subjects.

ii. Apart from English Language and Mathematics, the three other subjects offered in the programme must be in line with the UTME requirements for admission into Nigerian Universities

iii. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SAT FOR THE 2021/2022 JAMB/UTME in the appropriate subject combination and obtained the minimum cut off to be determined by the appropriate authority.

How to Apply for KolaDaisi University Remedial / Pre-Degree Admission Form

  • Forms can be completed only after the payment of N2000 (two thousand naira for application fee)
  • Candidates can also make payments at any of the designated banks as stated below:

The management of the Godfrey Okoye University (GOUNI) has reduced the school fees for students in the faculties of Arts and Education by 35 per cent.

Godfrey Okoye University Enugu has reduced the tuition fees for students in the faculties of Arts and Education by about 35%. The announcement was made by the Vice Chancellor, Rev. Prof. Christian Anieke during the flag off of the 2021/2022 academic year. Also, five scholarship slots have been reserved for students intending to study music in the institution.
